Diclofenac + Serratiopeptidase is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Serratiopeptidase. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug . It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation . Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which breaks down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation and promotes healing .
